Adobe Reserva Syrah Mourvedre Merlot | 2019
Kolmesta rypälelajikkeesta Suomen markkinoita varten valmistettu täyteläinen, keskitanniininen, herukkainen ja kevyen vaniljainen luomuviini. Sopii hyvin niin talvinautiskeluun kuin erilaisten lihahöystöjen makupariksi!
Emiliana on 90-luvun lopulta asti tuottanut kaikki viininsä luonnonmukaisesti ja on tänä päivänä Chilen suurin orgaanisten viinien tuottaja. Kaikki viinit ovat myös vegaaniystävällisiä ja ovat vastuullisesti tuotettuja (Sustainable Wines of Chile)
Rypäleet:
45% Syrah, 30% Mourvedre, 25% Merlot.
Valmistus:
Käsinpoiminta. Viidesosa viinistä kypsyi tammitynnyreissä 6 kuukautta, jonka jälkeen tehtiin lopullinen sekoitus. Valmis viini lepäsi 6 kuukautta terästankeissa.
Väri, tuoksu & maku:
Keskiäyteläinen, keskitanniininen, mustaherukkainen, kirsikkainen, luumuinen, tamminen, kevyen vaniljainen
Sopii:
Riistaruokien, ankan sekä erilaisten lihahöystöjen sielukas kumppani. Kokeile esimerkiksi kasvis- ja naudanlihavartaiden tai possupadan kanssa!
