Rubiininpunaisen viinin aromista erotettavissa tummaa luumua, tummaa marjaa, kuten karhunvatukkaa ja kypsää karpaloa, sekä kevyttä pippurisuutta. Keskitäyteläinen viini, jossa silkkiset tanniinit sekä leveä ja pitkä jälkimaku.

Sopii:

Sopii punaiselle lihalle, etenkin grillatulle. Kovat juustot ja mausteiset makkarat sopivat tämän viinin kanssan erinomaisesti.
